Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Profile: Kathryn manages six clients spanning building services, education, healthcare, horticulture, logistics and packaging. She supports her clients with PR, marketing, event management and social media and also gets involved in pitches for new business.
Kathryn hosts PRG’s weekly website meetings and is a regular contributor to the company’s arts magazine, Cultural Quarterly.
Kathryn pursued a career in marketing after graduating fluent in French with a BA Honours degree in 2003. She has worked for a global petroleum company, a Swedish medical device company and the UK’s largest private mint.
Highlights of Kathryn’s career include travelling to Egypt to ‘borrow’ sand from Tutankhamun’s tomb to encapsulate in the world’s first triangular coin (launched on BBC TV’s The One Show), entertaining a group of healthcare consultants for a week at a conference in Montreal, persuading DIY SOS’ Billy Byrne to prance about in a fairy costume for a launch event, and living and studying for a year in the south of France.
Outside of work, Kathryn is a keep fit fanatic and is hoping she hasn’t bitten off more than she can chew by competing in her first triathlon in August. She also volunteers at her local Brownie unit, plays the piano, and enjoys scuba diving (abroad!).
