Profile: Simon’s role within PRG is a diverse one, where the title of Director covers a multitude of sins. He predominantly maintains responsibility for the Business Development of PRG, as well as the overall responsibility for internal management of PRG’s various departments.

Following completion of a Business Degree that majored in Marketing and Business Management, Simon joined PRG and began trying his hand at everything that a marketing communications firm has to offer, starting at the ground and working his way up.

Simon has overseen the introduction and development of the digital marketing arm of PRG, starting in 2000 with the creation of the first company website, to the research and implementation of early Pay-Per-Click campaigns using Google Adwords. He is now steering the company further into the digital marketing sphere, as it embraces online social interaction and the latest marketing technologies.

As part of his business development role, Simon is very active in the Sussex business community, as a high profile member of both Eastbourne and Hastings Chambers of Commerce, a member of the Friends of Eastbourne Borough Football Club, co-hosting the Eastbourne Business Dining Club and attending a variety of networking events in the county.

In his spare time, Simon primarily enjoys being a husband to Jodanna (who works in PRG’s accounts department) and Dad to his son Jenson, born 8th February 2011. When time permits, he can be found indulging his passion for motor racing, planted in front of the TV watching the Formula 1 GP or tweeting his frustration at Jenson Button’s lack of pace in qualifying! Fine food, cold beer, good movies and great friends are always high on the agenda too, as is another trip to Las Vegas (but that may have to wait a few years).
