Fivewalk Homes Brochure design & advertising campaign
Prestigious property development company Fivewalk Homes has been constructing individually crafted homes for the last 25 years. Fivewalk Homes first approached PRG in 2004 to showcase its Sunnymead apartments in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Sussex brochure design
PRG designed a hardback, bound, glossy style brochure, emphasising the luxury and attention to detail that Fivewalk Homes are famous for. The brochure encapsulated the Fivewalk brand, mirroring the logo's deep greens and elegant lettering and showcasing the apartment's specifications and floor plans.
Property advertising campaign
Fivewalk Homes expanded its requirement of PRG to include specification A4 cards for every Fivewalk development; adverts and advertorials; website development and optimisation; and sponsorship opportunities and events.
PRG expanded the advertising campaign and designed the specification cards to further enhance the brand identity by continuing to use the recognisable fonts, colours and imagery. The adverts expressed the elegant opulence of the developments. PRG placed advertorials in lifestyle publications, targeting the more affluent reader, and produced interesting editorial that blended comfortably with the magazine's copy. PRG redeveloped the Fivewalk Homes website fully utilising search engine optimisation to achieve top placement search engine results. The site is regularly updated with news, images and the latest developments.
