Challenge
PRG was tasked with evolving and expanding Meridian Surveyors’ website to appeal to the local clientele across East Sussex. As a local firm itself, PRG was the obvious choice for the website development.
Solution
PRG was able to benefit the company by giving their somewhat outdated website an overhaul, using modern touches such as easy adaptation to mobile and tablet devices. The web team began by designing the new website to the specification detailed by Meridian Surveyors, and followed this up by making the website aesthetically pleasing and easier to use, with easily accessible, renovated links and clearly titled sections.
As part of the Meridian Surveyors project, we were asked to integrate with Jupix, an online property portal that enabled Meridian Surveyors to add its properties to its updated website. This helped to automate Meridian Surveyors’ workflow and save multiple uploads of data to Zoopla and Rightmove, the market leaders in property websites. The website collects information directly from the Jupix portal and creates both commercial and residential lettings on the site. These can also be created manually, which allows for extra flexibility. The website allows customers to filter all properties online as well as download a PDF of the details all branded by Meridian Surveyors.
Result
Since we launched the website in September 2015, there has been marked improvement in the responsiveness and design of the site, as well as a positive response from customers of Meridian Surveyors.
