Just the Property You've Always Wanted

Challenge

Just Property felt that their old website had become somewhat out of date, and wanted a website that was more aesthetically pleasing and, most importantly, easy for customers to navigate.

Solution

We built the new site using the latest technology and introduced a new content management system (CMS) to enable the estate agent to update images and content to keep the website looking fresh.

We also included an updateable rotating banner on the homepage that highlighted the Just Property logo, adding visual appeal and, along with the colour scheme, conveying elegance.

To encourage customers to browse the site, we introduced a featured property box to showcase houses of interest to customers’ specific searches. We also added a search facility to help potential buyers find exactly what they’re looking for and a new property matching service to enable customers to save their matches.

For ease, and to save time, property details automatically convert into a PDF format for downloading and printing.

Result

The client reported a rapid increase in property views following the launch of the new website.
