Promotional booklet and postcard design and production
The East Sussex Energy Partnership was formed by four Local Authorities to distribute government-funded grants to private homeowners, enabling them to install energy-saving measures such as loft and cavity wall insulation and solar panels.
To encourage take-up of these grants, PRG provided the strategic planning, creative materials, and logistics management for direct marketing activities.
PRG identified the precise geographic areas where the grants were most likely to be applied for and arranged for two deliveries to the targeted households. Deliveries were phased, area-by-area, to allow the call centre to cope with demand.
The first direct mailing was a 'teaser' postcard, which required only a minute to read and communicated the key message at a glance. This was followed a week later by delivery of a more detailed information booklet in the same distinctive graphic style.
