PRG wins PR account from global agency
Ideal Boilers has appointed PRG to handle PR for its Commercial division, moving this responsibility away from the UK office of a leading global marketing communications company.
PRG’s PR & Marketing Manager, Phil Bingham, said: “The recession is encouraging blue chip brands to demand greater value for money from their outsourced PR and marketing communications, and this is one example. Bigger companies are discovering that smaller agencies such as PRG can deliver an equally high calibre of work with higher levels of activity.”
PRG was invited to present a detailed proposal to Ideal after being independently recommended by many of the heating industry’s trade journals. Starting this month, PRG will promote Ideal’s commercial and industrial boilers through a proactive business-to-business PR programme, including a mid-year product launch.
Ideal Boilers is a UK market leader with more than 100 years experience of designing, manufacturing and providing nationwide technical support for quality heating products.
