Small Wonder Festival
PRG Account Executive, Sarah Rajabalee, took to the stage at the annual Small Wonder Festival at Charleston House, East Sussex. She was picked at random to read out her three-minute story to an audience and a judging panel.
PRG Account Manager, Sara Hawthorn, was also one of the 30 people who entered the Story Slam competition, but only 15 people were able to compete for the £100 prize.
The Small Wonder Festival celebrates books and literature. Entrants were asked to write a three-minute story themed on ‘The Map’, and were picked out of a hat to read on stage.
Hosting the evening was journalist and novelist, Damian Barr, who has written over 400 features for The Times newspaper, and has been described as ‘the new ringmaster of the Jerry Springer generation.’
