Theatre stars attend CQ reception
PRG held its first art scene event for Cultural Quarterly magazine (CQ) in March at Printers Bar Brasserie to launch its spring issue.
Local businesses, artists, CQ readers and members of Eastbourne Borough Council’s tourism department were among the 60 guests who attended. All were greeted with a drinks and canapé reception, followed by a talk from the evening’s guest speakers, stars of ‘Swimming At The Ritz’, Felicity Dean and Jos Vantyler. The actors spoke about the story behind the production and of their love for Eastbourne.
Also speaking at the event was Head of Tourism at Eastbourne Borough Council, Tracey McNulty, who spoke about Eastbourne's attractions, and how great it is to have such a fantastic arts and theatre scene in our town.
Following the evening's success and much positive feedback,
the arts scene event is back to celebrate the launch of CQ’s
summer edition. The evening will be held on Friday 3 June at
Printers, from 5 to 7pm. It is free to attend and open to
anyone who
would like to join fellow arts and theatre enthusiasts,
and to meet
the CQ team.
CQ is a quarterly niche carving magazine dedicated to Eastbourne’s
flourishing arts and theatre scene, packed with insightful content
and stunning visual appeal.
