PRG Marketing Communications is a full-service marketing agency, specialising in business-to-business (B2B) communications across a diverse range of industries including the built environment, HVAC, fire and security, and the public sector. We are a second-generation family run company, currently celebrating 43 years in business.

We are looking for a driven and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to work alongside our Web Design & Development and PR & Marketing teams to bolster our digital and SEO offering. We need you to be confident in creating and managing SEO and social media campaigns, as well as using reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and SEO tools to help our clients maximise ROI.

You will join a dynamic, close-knit team of marketeers, providing digital and SEO support across a diverse range of clients. Training and career progression opportunities are also available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside our Web Development and PR & Marketing teams to further develop our digital and SEO offering
  • Creating monthly social media plans for clients that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s products/service and industry
  • Scheduling and sharing social media posts, keeping full oversight of engagement and responding to comments
  • Managing and developing digital advertising campaigns across key social channels, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram
  • Supporting the wider marketing team by sharing your digital knowledge and expertise
  • Website support including keyword research, content optimisation and implementing Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
  • Website auditing including technical, keyword, content and backlink audits
  • Website and digital reporting highlighting new followers, customer engagement and conversions to demonstrate ROI
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients, by telephone and email, sharing campaign results and demonstrating a high level of accountability
  • Creating monthly content and social media plans for PRG, as well as a monthly e-newsletter
  • Brainstorming fresh ideas for integrated communications campaigns with the team
  • Attending client meetings (virtual and face-to-face), taking notes and writing them up into a contact report
  • Proactively developing own digital knowledge by following relevant blogs and news sources

To be considered, you will have:

  • Proven experience of using key social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram – TikTok experience also desirable
  • Excellent understanding of SEO techniques and best practices
  • Confidence in communicating technical terms to both clients and team members
  • Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce and SEO plugins such as Yoast
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A good understanding of wider marketing, basic budgeting, and campaign planning
  • The ability to manage projects to deadline
  • A hands-on ‘can-do’ attitude
