A night with the stars!

Challenge

Since the turn of the year, Chubb had been planning its first-ever ‘Superstar Awards’ evening to celebrate the achievements of 2021.

The event was held at the prestigious Belfry Hotel & Resort in Warwickshire and welcomed colleagues from across the UK and Ireland to receive recognition for their contributions during the last calendar year. Colleagues were invited to dress for the red carpet, enjoy a three-course gala dinner, and then celebrate into the evening.

There were 26 awards presented on the evening, celebrating individuals and teams for exemplary health and safety records, exceeding sales targets, acquiring new business, delivering exceptional customer service, and having an outstanding contribution in the workplace.

Solution

Chubb needed assistance and support to make this event a truly special one. PRG set to work on designing and producing free-standing welcome flags, sourcing award trophies, creating certificates, designing a seating plan and producing dinner table place cards.

The welcome flags were double-sided and proudly displayed the Superstars logo and would be positioned along the driveway as guests arrived.

The seating plan consisted of seven tables and directed guests to the correct table, where place cards were waiting at their seat.

The awards were the main focus of the evening. They were split into four categories with individuals and teams winning awards. PRG sourced and engraved four different styles of trophy. Each trophy was in the star shape and had the winners name and category engraved on the front. PRG also created 37 award certificates to accompany each award, one certificate for every winner.

PRG also wrote a press release and created social media content to support the event.

Result

The event was a huge success. All of the guests thoroughly enjoyed the evening’s celebrations, with many colleagues taking to social media to post about the event.

The Director of Marketing and Communications was very complimentary and thankful for the work that PRG had put into designing, creating, sourcing and delivering all the elements in time so that the night with the stars was a memorable one.

Chubb is now looking forward to an even bigger and better event next year!
