Our client Chubb Fire & Security is a leading provider of fire safety and security solutions in the UK with over 200 years expertise in protecting the things that matter most to its customers – their people, property, and assets.

As the company’s PR and marketing partner, Chubb trusts PRG to help manage and deliver its external communications. So, when Chubb was looking to increase brand awareness and engagement on its UK LinkedIn channel, our digital marketing experts and copywriters were delighted to rise to the new challenge.


Having supported Chubb for several years, PRG has built a strong relationship with the marketing team and a solid understanding of the company’s vision, mission and values.

Chubb is driven by a powerful purpose, and that purpose is Building Great Leaders. The company achieves this by investing in its people to develop strong leaders who together make the world a safer place.

This purpose provided the perfect platform for creating a people-centric LinkedIn campaign – one that would both share the experience and expertise of Chubb’s Inspiring Leaders and at the same time help drive brand engagement.

PRG supported Chubb by transcribing a series of interviews with some of the company’s Inspiring Leaders. Chubb believes that anyone who demonstrates keenness and willingness to learn and develop can make a great leader, so it was important that the campaign focussed on a variety of roles from senior management and finance to sales and engineering.

Once transcribed, PRG’s copywriters set to work transforming the interviews into engaging blogs that could be published on the Chubb website and shared on the UK LinkedIn channel.


One year on from launching the LinkedIn campaign, it is still going good and strong! So far we have helped Chubb share the stories of 11 of its Inspiring Leaders, which have achieved in total over 1,502 reactions – an average of 136 per post, as well as multiple comments and reposts.
