LTA selects PRG for 5th year running

The British Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) has selected PRG Marketing Communications to manage its hospitality sales for the AEGON International for the fifth consecutive year, and in a year which celebrates 40 years of international tennis in Eastbourne.

The British Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) has selected PRG Marketing Communications to manage its hospitality sales for the AEGON International for the fifth consecutive year, and in a year which celebrates 40 years of international tennis in Eastbourne.

Tracey Ledger, who heads up PRG’s hospitality team, said: “As a local marketing agency, we have a desire to help make the Eastbourne tennis tournament a huge success. It’s a massive local tourist attraction and one that benefits a lot of local businesses, so we’re delighted to be involved for the fifth year running.

“Over the last four years we’ve risen to the challenge of meeting the LTA’s growing sales targets, generating and cultivating leads through our great local contacts. Although there are still hospitality seats available, we’re on target for another sell out tournament.”

PRG’s role as hospitality provider includes selling seats, distributing passes, attending food tasting sessions to ensure food and refreshments meet the LTA’s high standards, email marketing to support and promote the event, and daily attendance in the hospitality suite to meet and greet guests.

This year Eastbourne’s tennis tournament will be welcoming world no. 3 Agnieszka Radwanska and former Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova among other well-known names.
