Elevating Airbourne 2025 with a Fresh Brand Identity

Following the success of PRG’s creative work for Airbourne 2024, we were once again commissioned to design and produce artwork for this year’s Eastbourne International Airshow. Our brief was to create a distinctive new brand identity for the 2025 event, delivering eye-catching collateral across both digital and print channels while providing the client with the tools to promote the show effectively online.

Challenge

Airbourne is one of the UK’s largest free seafront airshows, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. After celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2024, the organisers wanted a fresh look and feel for the 2025 show. The challenge was to deliver a cohesive brand identity that worked seamlessly across event programmes, merchandise, promotional materials and digital platforms, while also supporting the client in maintaining a strong social media presence in the run-up to the event.

Solution

PRG developed a bold new brand identity for Airbourne 2025 and rolled it out across a wide range of assets. These included:

  • Event programme design
  • Branded merchandise, including badges, t-shirts, caps, mugs, water bottles and tote bags
  • Big screen adverts and hospitality interior banners
  • Posters and leaflets for event promotion
  • Social media templates and usage guidelines
  • Website banners and online adverts

While PRG produced the majority of collateral in-house, we also equipped the client with flexible templates and clear guidance for creating their own social media content, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Result

The new brand identity was successfully implemented across all event touchpoints, helping Airbourne 2025 stand out with a vibrant and unified look. The cohesive creative approach not only strengthened the show’s visual presence but also gave the organisers the tools to drive audience engagement both online and on-site, contributing to another memorable year for one of the UK’s most iconic airshows.
