Challenge
With the decision to rename the company ‘Christopher Bean Solicitors,’ the challenge was to develop a fresh identity that retained recognition and trust among existing clients, while also projecting a confident new direction for the future. The transition from Janet Sinden & Co. to Christopher Bean Solicitors required a careful balance of continuity and change.
The new name needed to feel familiar to existing clients while establishing Christopher Bean as the clear leader of the firm. All communications, from the website to signage and printed materials, had to reflect the updated identity without alienating long-standing relationships. In addition to the branding work, the client would need PRG’s help to update their web presence to reflect the change of name.

Solution
PRG implemented a coordinated rollout across digital and physical platforms. The website, social media channels and Google Business propeties were updated to reflect the new name and visual identity. New building signage was installed to mark the change publicly, while teaser flyers helped build anticipation among clients.
To further embed the new brand, a full suite of branded merchandise – including mugs, pens, notebooks, umbrellas, and more – was created and distributed in branded gift bags to clients, reinforcing the refreshed look and feel of the firm at every touchpoint.

Result
The rebrand to Christopher Bean Solicitors was received positively by clients, with the transition seen as a natural and confident evolution of the business. The consistent application of the new identity across all media helped maintain brand recognition and client loyalty, while the fresh materials and messaging injected new energy into the firm’s communications.
The project strengthened Christopher Bean’s position at the helm and set a strong foundation for future growth.
