Chubb Fire & Security needed to revitalise its marketing materials with fresh, high-quality images for its expansive telecare product line. The challenge was multifaceted: to capture both the aesthetic and functional aspects of 28 varied products and to portray these devices in real-life settings that would resonate with Chubb’s telecare clients – seniors and people with disabilities.

PRG Marketing Communications organised a two-part product photoshoot to meet Chubb’s needs. Initially, we liaised with Chubb to grasp the specifics of the imagery required. This involved taking a detailed brief of the telecare products and how each product should be best presented. In the studio, our photographer paid meticulous attention to lighting and positioning, using acrylic stands to enhance the visual appeal of wearable devices like Chubb’s Verso+ Pendant Trigger and Vibby Oak Fall Detector Watch.

The second phase of the product photoshoot involved lifestyle imagery, capturing models using the devices in a setting that resembled their everyday environment. PRG conducted extensive location research, ultimately choosing a seaside AirBnB for its modern and accessible interiors. The location provided a homely yet elegant backdrop, aligning with the products’ aim to support independent living. We carefully selected models to represent the diverse demographics of Chubb’s telecare clients, showcasing products like Chubb’s CareUnity® Digital Alarm Unit and Onyx Elastic Wristwatch in a natural, relatable manner.

PRG managed every detail, from model selection and location setup to photoshoot management, ensuring that the products were clearly visible and worn correctly in an appropriate setting. We also prepared a briefing document for all participants, outlining logistical details to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day of the shoot.
