The UK’s booming property market made 2014 the best year for British builders since 1997 according to the Telegraph. Although residential home building and commercial building have seen growth, other areas of the construction sector are still suffering, including civil engineering which in January this year reported a contraction with output falling for the first time in 17 months.

What all construction businesses have in common, whether they are currently thriving or struggling to recover from the uncertain economic climate, is the need for strong marketing communications as part of their business plan.

That’s where we can help.

As a full service marketing agency we have vast experience supporting businesses in the construction sector. Our construction marketing portfolio includes public relations, digital marketing, web design and development and creative design.

Not only have we helped  construction companies plan and manage their marketing communications, we have developed close relationships with key construction trade journalists, which has helped us secure coverage for our clients in print and online. We also frequently attend and assist clients at construction trade shows such as Ecobuild and PHEX.

Construction PR

Long standing client of three years, Solarlux is the definitive market leader in glass door and glass element technology with over 30 years’ experience helping architects improve the lives of homeowners throughout Europe, Asia and the USA . Most recently we have been helping Solarlux raise its profile online with PR and social media engagement.

Solarlux recently designed and produced a new product called ‘Cero’, a highly versatile product with limitless design possibilities, guaranteeing precision, clever technical details, continuous development and technical support. The glass panels open up rooms and perspectives for designers and architects.

To spread the word about this exciting new product we wrote several case studies and secured coverage in a number of successful construction trade magazines including Design Buy Build and Specification Magazine.

We also caught up with them at Ecobuild the past few years, which is a very well-known sustainable design, construction and energy event for new build, refurb, commercial and domestic buildings. They had a very impressive stand and this is where they launched ‘Cero’ in 2015.

Construction websites

We have created a number of websites for companies in the building and construction sector such as Stamco, JH Payne, Priory Builders and GM Monk.

Founded in 1957, with branches in Hastings, Eastbourne, Hove and Shoreham Stamco Building Supplies has been our client for over two years. We have supported them with social media and digital marketing campaigns for both their main and sub-brands and are currently in the process of building them a new responsive website with e-commerce shopping facilities.

JH Payne and Priory builders are both Eastbourne and Hailsham based companies offering a variety of building construction services. We built and designed them both very successful websites with CMS (content management system) and in due course will be offering a conversion to a responsive site.

Our most recent construction website  was created for GM Monk an electrical contractor offering commercial, industrial and domestic services to a wide range of business, individuals, local authorities, schools and housing associations across Sussex and Kent; we created a new website for them that is responsive and has CMS.
