PRG donned aprons and rolling pins to provide homemade cakes, pastries and coffee for invited guests as part of the nationwide Macmillan Coffee Morning last Friday (Sept 28).

PRG’s staff were joined by dear friends, including Tim Marriott from Eastbourne College, Kathy Taylor from Hydro Hotel, Colin Alsop from Development Works, Tim Skinner from Eastprint, Peter Sanders from Ginger & Sanders, Adrian Sharpin from Lawson & Lewis, Neil Hooper from Barclays Bank and Geoff Fillery from Seymour Mullens, part of the PFM Group, scoffing cakes and coffee for a charitable donation. Donations were also received from Simon Davies, Headmaster of Eastbourne College, and Wendy and Neil Kirby from The Langham Hotel.

Co-organiser and PRG advertising manager Tracey Ledger said: “It was a great morning and a chance to raise money for such a worthy cause while we did three of our favourite things; eating, drinking and chatting with friends. So far we have raised £150 with some donations
still coming in. So it’s a really great outcome.

“Thanks to all those who joined us on the day and for the generous donations.”

The raffle prize-winner of the Martha’s Kitchen two course lunch for two, donated by Martha’s Kitchen owners Carrie and Mark Bird, was won by PRG’s account executive Michaela Bailey.
