Taconova had a strong Metering and Billing offer but limited visibility in a competitive UK market made it difficult to generate a consistent flow of high quality leads. With new heat network regulations creating urgency among housing associations, developers and managing agents, there was a clear opportunity to engage decision makers, but only with highly targeted and relevant messaging.
