Challenge

Chubb Fire & Security wanted to strengthen the visibility and credibility of two senior leaders by positioning them as trusted voices on leadership, people development and business culture within SME audiences.

The challenge was to create a consistent stream of thought leadership content that reflected Chubb’s people-first philosophy without becoming overtly promotional. The content also needed to balance strategic business insight with practical, relatable advice for SME decision-makers.

Alongside securing visibility through external media platforms, Chubb also wanted to maximise the value of its content by repurposing articles across owned and personal channels to support wider engagement and brand visibility.

Solution

PRG developed an ongoing thought leadership PR programme centred around two senior Chubb leaders: Gary Moffatt, Managing Director and Lesley Leach, People Director.

As part of the programme, PRG writes regular Business Matters columns tailored specifically for SME audiences. Gary’s columns focus on leadership, business management and organisational culture, while Lesley’s articles explore people development, wellbeing and workplace culture. Each piece is carefully written to provide practical, non-promotional insight while naturally reinforcing Chubb’s people-centric values and leadership approach.

Alongside external media content, PRG also develops regular blogs for Chubb’s website covering relevant industry and business topics. These articles are then repurposed into LinkedIn articles for Gary and Lesley, helping to extend reach, support personal brand visibility and create consistent engagement across multiple channels.

Result

The programme has helped establish a strong foundation for long-term thought leadership positioning for both Gary Moffatt and Lesley Leach. Through regular Business Matters columns and ongoing digital content creation, Chubb has strengthened the visibility of its leadership team across both external media and owned platforms. The activity has also created a consistent pipeline of insight-led content that supports engagement with SME audiences while reinforcing Chubb’s people-first philosophy in an authentic and credible way.

By repurposing content across blogs and LinkedIn articles, PRG has also helped maximise the lifespan and reach of each piece of content, creating a joined-up approach to thought leadership and executive profiling.
