Visiting Mr. Green is a play about a young, highflying businessman who is forced to make court ordered, regular visits to an elderly man, Mr. Green, whom he had previously nearly run over.
The first half of the play was a comedic exploration of the two men’s resentful relationship, but the second half was a more sober study of family drama and exposed secrets.
Our entertainment marketing activity included creating specially designed direct mail letters and postcards, e-flyers, national and regional advertising campaigns, regional radio advertising, and Acorn-based News Share distribution.
The press campaign resulted in national features in The Spectator, The Express Magazine, The Jewish Chronicle, The Stage, and The Lady, amongst others, as well as interviews with Warren Mitchell on Radio 4’s flagship arts programme Front Row and Michael Parkinson’s Radio 2 show.
Our effective entertainment marketing and PR campaign culminated in consistently hitting the producer’s targets and playing to packed houses throughout the tour.
