PRG were asked by Ross & Co to modernise its existing web presence, creating a fully responsive website that integrates with the popular Vebra estate agency platform.
Having already integrated another estate agency website with the Jupix property portal, PRG were familiar with the processes involved and soon set to work looking at how best to integrate with Vebra.
Whilst the methodology was similar, Vebra stored information in a slightly different way but our team of developers were able to work on how to retrieve the data and pass it into Ross & Co’s new Content Management System (CMS). This allowed them to amend any property that’s in the system, even though the site will automatically update every half an hour to ensure the site remains as up-to-date as possible.
The CMS also allows the client to update any content on the site, such as their team information, about the company or their residential and commercial pages. The site also contains a blog and case study section, a great way of creating Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) fodder.
PRG has also integrated the site with MailChimp as a great way to capture data and ensure we target Ross & Co’s customers by allowing people to sign up to their specific area; residential or commercial and buying or letting. This approach helps the eshots PRG will be creating to be relevant and therefore reduce the unsubscribe rate.
Finally, PRG included additional functionality to help the end user locate properties (both commercial and residential) quickly and easily. The site includes a comprehensive search mechanism, a map view and finally a searchable results table to ensure maximum impact.
