Challenge
PRG has worked with Jordan Productions, a local theatre production company, to create promotional material for seven pantomime productions over the years, and continues to add to the production house’s portfolio of pantomime promotional items.
Solution
The PRG design studio liaises closely with Jordan productions to bring the shows to life, and works with the marketing teams for both the Eastbourne and Stevenage pantomimes to put together creative and engaging show collateral that reflects the true spirit of Christmas and all the magic and fun of going to the theatre. Items designed by our talented studio include adverts, banners, programme covers, leaflets, stickers, bookmarks, and even window displays, proving that no job is too big or small!
PRG’s long standing relationship with Eastbourne theatres spans ten years, with the collaboration seeing crowd pleasing shows such as Snow White and Dick Wittington take to the stage to a rapturous reception from both old and young alike. A range of promotional items have been produced during the decade long period, reflecting all the excitement, stories and memorable pantomime moments, following a succession of popular and much loved shows being brought to life in the seaside town.
Other fan favourites our design house has undertaken work for include Potters Bar’s showing of Dick Wittington, Fareham’s Sleeping Beauty and Kettering’s Beauty and the Beast. Both Kings Lynn and Chatham also saw Cinderella and Jack and the Beanstalk respectively, warmly received by theatre-goers after receiving quality design assistance from PRG’s creative specialists.
Result
Owing to PRG’s expertise in producing creative and eye catching designs, the PRG team secured the design work for Stevenage’s pantomime classic Peter Pan. Such was the success of the project, PRG have been asked to work directly with Stevenage’s marketing team to create artwork for future promotional items, winning the job to work on the spring 2017 production of the popular fairy tale Rapunzel.
PRG’s work with theatres in the South East is ongoing as the team continues to expand on their portfolio of colourful, bright and bold show promotional creations.
