PRG client REFCOM has taken home a trophy from this year's glittering Cooling Industry Awards evening at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Big players compete for these annual Awards - three of this year's eleven prizes were won by Marks & Spencer, another by the Co-operative Group.

PRG client REFCOM has taken home a trophy from this year’s glittering Cooling Industry Awards evening at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Big players compete for these annual Awards – three of this year’s eleven prizes were won by Marks & Spencer, another by the Co-operative Group.

PRG assisted REFCOM with its successful entry into the Field Service Innovation of the Year Award, which “recognises new products, approaches or systems that help field service engineers service, maintain or repair plant in such a way as to safeguard the environment.”

PRG helped build a convincing case for the credentials of REFCOM’s 2007 Refrigerant Tracking Database, a software system that enables contractors to meet the requirements of F-Gas and Hazardous Waste Regulations. In providing detailed answers to the nine questions on the entry form, PRG supplemented technical information from the client with persuasive arguments about the product’s environmental and economic benefits.
