Our client Bailey Products approached us with the requirement for a series of videos that would introduce their innovative sewer retrieval kit. Our challenge was to create a set of videos that would showcase the different tools included in the kit and demonstrate how to use them effectively.


The sewer retrieval kit is a new and innovative product in the market. It was important for us to create educational videos that would showcase the kit’s benefits and its high success rate as well as introduce each tool, its purpose, and how to use it effectively.

We created a suite of videos, one introducing the kit itself and then further videos to demonstrate the numerous tools included in the sewer retrieval kit. We worked with Welsh Water operative, and kit inventor Geraint Williams, who skillfully demonstrated how each tool works.

We wanted the videos to be informative and engaging, so we made sure to include clear instructions, close-up shots of the tools in use, and a step-by-step guide on how to use each tool. We also included information on the benefits of the sewer retrieval kit and how it offers a cost-effective, efficient solution for resolving sewer blockages.


The videos were launched on the Bailey Products website and social media channels. The response was overwhelmingly positive and the videos have been shared on a plethora of industry groups.

As a result, Bailey Products has seen an increase in website enquiries. The video marketing campaign successfully introduced the sewer retrieval kit to the market and helped to establish it as an innovative and efficient solution for resolving sewer blockages.
