Interviews for case studies were to be carried out by PRG and a folder design based on existing brand guidelines was commissioned.
We designed and produced a folder and four inserts to be used by Southern IT as marketing collateral.
The folder and inserts were produced to our recommended specification and each of the inserts highlighted the benefits of one of Southern IT Networks’ four key service offerings with a strong call to action on each for potential clients to get in touch.
On the reverse side of each insert, a relevant case study was printed to prove the effectiveness of each service. Each case study was created in house by PRG after contacting one of Southern IT’s happy customers and involved a process of research and interview, copywriting and meticulous quality control.
The format of the folder and inserts that we recommended was chosen to allow Southern IT sales representatives to tailor the collateral they were handing out to prospective clients to suit their specific needs. As a growing business, the format allowed for expansion as services were added to the Southern IT repertoire – without the need for reprinting an entire brochure, which can be very costly.
To finish, a business card pocket was included in the folder design to make sure warm leads met at networking events and exhibitions had a personal contact to enhance the prospects of a sale.
Southern IT used our marketing collateral to great effect, handing it out as part of their sales pitch at trade shows and exhibitions.
As a result of the success of the marketing collateral, Southern IT again turned to PRG to help publicise subsequent industry accreditations.
