Promoting the Audi brand in Suffolk and beyond

Already masters of Facebook with over 1000 page likes, the showroom wanted to increase their reach in Bury St Edmunds and the greater Suffolk area via the use of Facebook advertising.

With plenty of great new and used Audi models to promote, the showroom was keen to ensure existing and prospective clients knew about promotions, new models being launched and the brand’s dedicated offering for businesses.


PRG’s digital marketing experts set about creating monthly advertising campaigns on the social media platform to fit with the showroom’s wider marketing activities and events calendar. In addition to promoting the showroom’s events, such as their Family Open Day, PRG’s team created a series of Facebook adverts designed to drive vehicle sales and interest. These included creating adverts to promote the car brand’s most luxurious vehicles, including the much sought after Audi r8.

By creating audiences comprising of people living locally with interests in other luxury car brands, PRG was able to ensure that Audi’s adverts were reaching the right people, giving the showroom the opportunity to target potential customers and showcase their adverts for the lowest possible cost.
PRG also increased engagement on the page via the use of competitions requiring users to share and like content in order to enter. On Father’s Day, one such competition which offered fans the chance to win an Audi for the weekend reached over 20,000 people.

Adverts were created with a number of objectives including expanding reach, promoting engagement, and gaining more page likes and followers.


The Facebook page has soared in popularity, meaning the showroom’s organic posts now have the opportunity to be seen by their page following of over 3500 people. Over 160,000 people based in Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas have seen the showroom’s adverts, with Facebook advertising more than doubling the company’s following on the platform.

In addition to this, when the Audi showroom required help with other marketing material, such as infographics, they turned to PRG’s design studio to create engaging artwork. PRG has also created blog and e-shot content to send out to the company’s database of customers and manages the company’s Instagram presence.
